Nicholas Morine is a freelance writer and journalist currently residing in St. John's, Newfoundland. His areas of expertise include fashion, literature, politics, sociology, philosophy, creative writing, music, photography, sales techniques, and video games.
After completing his Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Nicholas began writing for Suite101 in the summer of 2008 and has enjoyed the process very much - taking the opportunity to interview Member of Parliament for Halifax, Megan Leslie as well as CEO of Harry Rosen Menswear, Larry Rosen.
Throughout his lifetime, Nicholas has worked as a professional photographer for CPI Corporation (Certified Level 1), a wardrobe consultant for Tip Top Tailors, as well as a variety of other sales and customer service positions.
In addition to having enjoyed great success at Suite101 and Examiner, Nicholas has also appeared in print in Uomo Moda (the first men's fashion and lifestyle magazine in Egypt), London Glossy, Estuary Creative Arts Magazine, and Inner City News amongst other literary venues.
Currently employed as a Graduate Officer and Research Assistant with Memorial University, Nicholas is also enrolled as a full-time student, pursuing an interdisciplinary Master of Philosophy degree in Humanities. He is available for writing contracts in fashion, gaming, politics, literature, and the Arts as well as reprint opportunities for print magazines.
